Create your placemat

Create a Wineparty placemat for your guests, with stories, photos, and your own branding. Everything comes together on a single printed sheet.

1 · Choose your stories

Start with the three latest stories. You can also choose articles yourself, or search by title or author. The preview updates automatically.

Three stories or four

Choose Latest four to add another story. Choosing three gives each article more room for its text.

2 · Choose a layout

Next, choose a layout. Columns places the stories side by side, with text flowing around the photos.

Magazine

Magazine gives one article more space, with the other stories arranged beside it. The result feels like a magazine page.

Tiles

Tiles places the stories in separate panels. Simply choose the layout you like best for your table.

3 · A4 or A3

Under Paper size, choose A four or A three. A four works well for smaller tables, for example in a wine bar.

More room on A3

A three fits much more text without making the type smaller. The photos are slightly larger too. Very long articles may still need a continuation.

4 · Choose a language

Choose English, German, or another available language. Where an article translation is available, it appears on the placemat too.

5 · Choose a background

Browse the Wineparty backgrounds and try a design you like. You can also turn the spectral effect on or off.

6 · Add your own branding

Enter your host name and choose your logo as an image file. Your logo stays in this browser and is not uploaded.

Position your logo

Use the position buttons to move your branding, for example to the top right or the bottom centre.

7 · Download the PDF

When everything looks right, click Download PDF. You get one page in your chosen paper size. Use View PDF to check it first.

Print and set the table

Print using the same paper size, landscape orientation, and one hundred percent. A three needs a suitable printer. The QR code opens the full article.

Just share the direct link

Once the tool is installed, open it using the direct link. It does not need a link from the homepage, so you can try it with selected hosts first.
